Equity Depot Acquires Equisystems & Atlanta Foreclosure Report
The combined company will release new database products aimed at alerting lenders, the government and law firms to potential loss from foreclosure or real estate fraud.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) June 17, 2006 -- Equity Depot.NET (www.equitydepot.net)today announced that it has acquired Equisystems, LLC, an Atlanta based real estate data firm.
Equisystems has been providing critical information on foreclosures to real estate investors, real estate agents, law firms, mortgage lenders, U.S. government agencies and the media for over 15 years. Their product called the “Atlanta Foreclosure Report®” is a well respected source for this information.
The company intends to expand its current data products nationally while quickly releasing several new products aimed at helping current and new customers identify and manage risk. These products will integrate key data at the point of loan origination as well as through on-going portfolio monitoring. The company has amassed a historical database of hundreds of thousands of properties that have been foreclosed on in the past 10 years. This information along with new data will be integrated and utilized to pin point and alert customers to potential foreclosure or fraud.
