EOJT, Electronic Counter Measures Company, Signs Exclusive Strategic Partnering Agreement with Tactical Electronic Services (TES)
EOJT, a Veteran Owned Small Business, signed an Exclusive Strategic Partnering Agreement with Tactical Electronic Services to manufacture and distribute Electronic Counter Measure gear. EOJT/TES currently supply US FEDGOV entities with proven and deployed gear for GWOT.
Centennial, CO (PRWEB) June 19, 2006 -- Tactical Electronic Services (TES) LTD and EOJT today announced a Strategic Partnering Agreement that enables EOJT to manufacture, market and sell TES’ proprietary Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) gear. TES has been manufacturing and selling gear from its UK base of operations for over twelve years. After 11 September 2001, TES provided elite units of the US DOD and FEDGOV with gear that has been deployed in various theaters of operation. The partnership will enable EOJT to continue to market and sell the TES proprietary gear to the US DOD and FEDGOV market and will reduce the timeline for manufacturing and maintenance requirements for the existing and future customer base of both companies.
In a joint statement released prior to the IED Symposium in Fayetteville, NC, Dr. Anthony Williamson, Founder and Director of TES, and Jeff Bell, CEO of EOJT, remarked on the benefit of the partnership to the Armed Forces of the US DOD, “TES has a proven product that has been deployed with units of the US DOD for several years in some of the most challenging theaters. EOJT is acting as an enabler for a proven and deployed product for the US DOD and US FEDGOV to enter service by a more efficient and cost effective means and to continue to save lives through a piece of gear that has received high marks for its ease of installation, service and maintenance."
