Illektron, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, is a highly innovative consumer entertainment products company involved in creating, manufacturing and marketing BATTLEZ® branded collectable card games, accessories, and related merchandise.

Jerald Stuart, President and Lead designer of Illektron, the creator of BATTLEZ® branded collectible card game stated, “We have no choice but to draw the line and take all necessary steps in order to protect our Intellectual Property. We have worked very hard to be and stay original and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars creating and developing our brand to define our game uniquely to consumers. Originality is the lifeblood of new toys. Use of unfair marketing tactics to steal from others and stifle the creative process erodes the integrity of the law. Violation and blatant disregard of the Intellectual Property laws in the United States is unacceptable business conduct.” Mr. Stuart went on to say, “We will defend our federally protected Trademark. I have faith in the federal trademark system and look forward to a positive outcome.”
