The Mortgage Information Zone provides information on The Loan Process, Types of Mortgages, various Affordable Housing Programs, information on Bad Credit Home Loans, Home Ownership & Loan Strategies and questions you should ask Before You Buy. A full-length on-line video is also provided that the borrower can watch, it explains the entire process and all the steps that are involved in doing their home loan.    Education is the key at to make the borrower knowledgeable on what to expect to get a home loan of any kind.

The biggest and scary aspect of applying for a new loan, and in which very few on-line loan officers help their borrowers with, is filling out the application forms needed to apply for a new loan – the official 1003 HUD form. Once the borrower goes on-line at they have two options of filling out a “Quick Help” form or a “Full Mortgage Application”. If they choose “Quick Help” they are able to ask for help from a Customer Service Agent who will call then and fill out the 1003 with them over the phone, making sure all details are covered. Once the 1003 form has been filled out and is complete, they will receive the 1003 form via a PDF printable file or an up-loadable Point file for their Loan Officer by e-mail. The 1003 form is available in a PDF printable format or a data file that a Loan Officer can upload into Point mortgage processing software. If they do not have a loan officer the Customer Service Agent will assign them a loan officer on the site network.
