Prior to launching the NEXTAFF franchise, Prescott was a human resources manager for the nation’s largest provider of payroll and payroll related services. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with distinction from the University of Incarnate Word, where he earned a Masters in Education. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in education with emphasis in Organizational Leadership at the University of the Incarnate Word, volunteers for the Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure” and is the volunteer coordinator for United Way’s Feast of Sharing event held each December.
