Connecting Sellers and Agents
To schedule presentations online the home seller needs to enter basic information describing their home, this allows the real estate agent to complete a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA). Next, the homeowner enters contact information so the real estate agents can call/email to confirm the appointment. Third, the home seller chooses which agents they want to present, and what time and day they would like the listing presentations.
All real estate agents that are members of FlexibleAgents must have at least 3 years full-time experience in real estate. In addition, they must meet these requirements: a minimum of $2 million in sales closed in the last year, be in good standing with their State Department of Real Estate, and be a member of national, state, and local board of Realtors®, adhering to their strict code of ethics.
