‘IHI Premier 1’ is aimed at people based in Latin America who want private medical insurance that covers them in their home country and -- optionally -- in the US. Therefore the product is divided into two cover options: ‘Diamond’ and ‘Gold’.
Whichever cover option clients choose, the benefits are excellent including freedom of choice when deciding on hospital, clinic or specialist and guaranteed renewal regardless of age and state of health. Clients can also choose whether or not they want to be treated in IHI’s provider network.
The ‘Diamond’ cover has a yearly insurance sum of USD 2 million per person. The services are comprehensive and clients are covered worldwide. The ‘Gold’ plan provides the possibility of choosing between cover in Latin America only or world wide cover. There is a yearly insurance sum of USD 1.5 million.
