Indianapolis Marketing Company Introduces Direct Personalized Recruiting

Enfront, a direct marketing solutions company, has announced the official launch of RecruitCard, communicating career opportunities via personalized direct mail and Internet landing pages.

Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) June 25, 2006 -- Enfront, a direct marketing solutions company, has announced the official launch of RecruitCard (http://recruitcard.com), communicating career opportunities via personalized direct mail and Internet landing pages.

“RecruitCard is not an all-inclusive answer,” says Bill Corbin founder of the 30-year-old communication company that hatched Enfront, “but we deliver passive candidates and word-of-mouth buzz in a way that supplements traditional job posting methods.”

Initially launched in January, RecruitCard combines creative list buy, digital printing, creative design and Internet tracking expertise into a new and differentiated recruiting solution. The initial results were impressive statistically, but the tests were limited to small clients and limited geography.

In March, Enfront landed its first major campaign, working with one of the world’s largest financial institutions. The challenge: recruit branch managers in scattered cities in California, Texas and Arizona.

“It was kind of like catching a whale,” said Brandon Corbin, Director of Products for Enfront. “They gave us their five toughest recruiting markets. Needless to say our entire company was watching the response statistics about every 10 minutes”

“Truthfully, the results of the Branch Manager campaigns even amazed us,” explains Mark Anderson, Enfront’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “While most companies are getting 1-2% response rates, this campaign yielded well over 10%”.

Anderson adds, “In recent years, the competition for talent has risen to new levels forcing companies to seek new ways to differentiate themselves from competitors. While the Internet has surpassed traditional media as the most cost effective method for reaching candidates, this evolution has diluted the initial impact as jobseekers have become bombarded with messages from a horde of competing recruiting service providers. RecruitCards provides a fresh approach that marries traditional direct mail with the Internet. The result is that companies can now reach candidates who may not be susceptible to on-line advertising methods.”

Besides employing state-of-the-art digital direct mail techniques, Enfront provides its own response and hire-source tracking technology. The Tracker module provides companies with a detailed view of which campaigns are successfully driving responses and applies. These metrics allow return-on-investment analysis and can drive future campaign decision making.
