SoftCo’s CAD standards software consists of two primary product lines -- S-MAN and StanConvert, both of which are designed to enhance and optimize an AutoCAD user’s experience by implementing industry CAD standards based on a universal set of real world design objects.

S-MAN assists user firms to define and apply industry standard methodology and standards data or implement their own variations within AutoCAD. Such measures involve setup, scaling, layout, detailing, annotation and printed output. S-MAN is available in 8 unique industry versions and 7 individual utility packages functional with metric and/or US/English units. Current industries supported include Municipal Works, Architectural, AEC-Mechanical, and Structural.

StanConvert AutoCAD drawing changer & CAD Standards Converter is the most powerful and comprehensive application on the market today allowing manual or automated conversion of the data within AutoCAD drawing files to new updated user defined standards such as layers, colors, linetypes, lineweights, plotstyles and more. Other add-ons are also available.

Both programs auto detect a users existing AutoCAD software and automatically load under for a seamless installation. Operation and deployment is intuitive requiring little to no support.

SoftCo President Barrie Mathews said “This is a golden opportunity for a company acquire our product line and immediately take a commanding lead over the competition in the AutoCAD software market. Our software enjoys a wide and loyal user base, has been thoroughly tested and on the market for 10 years. While I would welcome the opportunity to continue, SoftCo is a small business dependent on my daily presence. Due to age and a desire to spend more time with my family, it saddens me to make this decision. With no “heir apparent” my only option is to place our product line with a company that has the resources and industry presence to realize its maximum potential. I welcome the opportunity to transition my knowledge to the successful acquirer.”

SoftCo President Barrie Mathews added “Interested parties are directed to contact our Broker Mr. Ted Grochowski, Jr. of Tallinn Group LLC directly at 001-540-520-6900 or by email: tgrochowski @ tallinngroup.com. Tallinn Group’s website is http://www.tallinngroup.com.
