This achievement has led to the creation of an integrated in-house, offshore program for addressing business needs.

Faced with customer demands for major enhancements and an accumulated backlog in application maintenance, The Rubicon Group decided to explore offshore outsourcing to India.

“We wanted an advisor with real-life experience to guide us through the process, and we selected Omnispan. Since The Rubicon Group selected its offshore provider in August 2005, it has been able to transfer a significant portion of maintenance work to India. The company is now in the process of adding more offshore work while its Atlanta team focuses on new applications.
