The online benefit management group expands existing partnerships into five states.

Concero Technology, a leading provider of employee benefits insurance web applications proudly announced they are partnering with the Idaho Associated General Contractors (AGC) Health Benefit Trust to add a secure, online benefits sales and management program. Idaho becomes the fifth state in which Concero will manage all AGC benefit programs.

The Idaho AGC partnership will provide state-of-the-art web technology facilitating group benefits, transactions, and information for more than 375 employers. The AGC-branded web site will offer Blue Shield of Idaho, Delta Dental and VSP Vision Services products to members who access their group benefits online. Additionally, the technology enables the Idaho AGC‘s Customer Service Center and broker network to support all aspects of the sales and service of benefits plans including enrollment services for groups of all sizes.

“We’re always looking for ways to help members build their business by improving our already outstanding member benefits program,” said Michael Gifford, the Executive Director of the Idaho chapter of the AGC. “It is very exciting to add this sophisticated level of technology. It will help AGC member employers increase their productivity, and will also help them to retain their valuable employees, while improving the overall efficiency of servicing our AGC Benefit Trust program.”

Adding the Concero Technology functionality to their current health insurance benefits is just one more way they look to enhance their membership experience. Such member focus and services have earned the Idaho AGC the title of AGC Chapter of the Year.

Other AGC benefits programs enhanced by Concero’s web application can be found in Oregon, Washington, Texas and Alaska.

The national chapters of (AGC) are comprised of 33,000 member firms who are qualified construction contractors, specialty contractors and service providers. Established in 1918, it is the nation’s largest and oldest construction trade association.
