White Elephant Ensemble performs a "choreosonic anôme cartoon [or car-tune drama" executed by a fleet of low riders, a dance troupe, an instrumental ensemble, videographers, word artists, vocalists, as well as computer and transmitter technology, Carchestra draws upon the traditions of Japanese Nô drama, the innovations of anime and the theories of Italian Futurist synthetic theater to generate a thoroughly contemporary form of street art. Performing to experimental music and audio, conceived in the ethers, W.E.E. has escaped its ivory tower and dances wildly in the street. Its fun; its edgy; it's literati pop.
