HBCU CONNECT, a once dot com community that burst into action linking Black college graduates with an array of US companies, introduces its newest bridge, HBCU CONNECT On-Campus Special Edition Employment Guide.

HBCU CONNECT On-Campus magazine, a property of HBCU CONNECT LLC, introduces the first Annual Special Edition Employment Guide, the most complete directory of employers on Black college campuses available to date, this fall.

The On-Campus Special Edition Employment Guide will offer an in-depth look at some top companies who are serious about hiring diverse talent, according to William R. Moss III, HBCU CONNECT president and CEO. The annual guide will be packed with information most sought after by graduating seniors, based on their input, and on guidance and advice from alumni, faculty and staff, Moss said.

HBCU CONNECT.COM, the largest organization and website dedicated to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, is already known for its work in linking HBCU students and alumni with employers of choice via the HBCU CONNECT on-line career center.

Top named companies have found rich talent for countless job opportunities right on-line, so of course we want to extend that reach, Moss said. Moss is excited about the opportunity to place even more minority candidates with companies that recognize the rich and diverse talent pool found at HBCUs.

The HBCU experience is known for giving its graduates a strong sense of culture and community. HBCU graduates have a unique understanding of inclusion and of incorporating the thoughts and ideas of other cultures in reaching working solutions, said Moss, a Hampton University graduate.

The HBCU CONNECT team, all of which are intimately involved in the HBCU experience, pride themselves in making light of the benefits of hiring from this tight-knit community. The HBCU CONNECT team is striving to make a difference based on quality relationships.

Moss encourages corporations who have something to offer this diverse group of talented candidates to call the HBCU CONNECT Career Center at (877) 864-4446 with information about the opportunities and benefits available, to be incorporated into the first annual HBCU CONNECT On-Campus Special Edition Employment Guide.
