Xtalks is pleased to present the Corporate E-filing and Tax Technology Web Conference.

According to the IRS, "Corporations that have assets of $50 million or more and file at least 250 returns annually are required to electronically file their 1120/1120S income tax returns for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2005. After the first effective year, the requirement will affect corporations that have assets of $10 million or more and file at least 250 returns annually."

The question is: how is your organization making the best use of the technology available for your tax preparation? In this special presentation, Bert DuMars, Director of Electronic Tax Administration at the IRS will discuss improvements to e-filing systems and how the IRS is ensuring the safety and quality of the information being delivered electronically.

This web conference is sponsored by KPMG, who will conduct a 15 minute workshop following the Q & A session.
