Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Frank moved to Los Angeles after college to work in some of LA’s top studios while writing and recording songs. He later relocated to central Florida where he met vocalist/lyricist Cindy Lucas. The two clicked personally and professionally and after marrying they set up house and home-recording studio.
