The Morning News Implements VoicePort Hosted Solution

Arkansas’ Morning News goes live with VoicePort’s speech self-service solution, CircPort.

Pittsford, NY (PRWEB) July 11, 2006 -- Today The Morning News of Northwest Arkansas, based in Springdale, Arkansas implemented the hosted speech recognition application, CircPort, to field calls into their circulation department. The Stephens Media Group newspaper has a daily circulation of 39,333.

The hosted version of VoicePort’s CircPort application has found a home in many of the smaller newspapers across the United States and Canada.
