IMPACT Group, a St. Louis-based global relocation and career management firm, has announced the expansion of operations and management to better serve growing clientele.

“After winning major outplacement contracts over the past year, we have seen such tremendous growth,” said Laura Herring, Founder, President and CEO of IMPACT Group. “With such positive growth, it was crucial that we expand our account management team, grow our sales force and bring in the best talent to ensure seamless service delivery and overall client satisfaction.”

Nancy Baba, Vice President of Global Business Development, will oversee marketing strategy and identify and target growth opportunities for the Company. Prior to joining IMPACT group, Nancy was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Magellan Behavior Health in Avon, Connecticut. She was head of all sales and new business development for Magellan’s employer market where she was responsible for overseeing small business, middle market and national account sales across the country.

In 2006, Brian Stewart assumed duties as IMPACT Group Vice-President, Client Services. He is responsible for domestic and international service delivery to include family consulting, career coaching, resume writing, research, and customer service. Brian joined IMPACT Group in 2004 as Director of IMPACT JEMS, a pilot program conducted for the Department of Defense (DoD) to assist relocating military spouses with finding employment. Before joining IMPACT Group, Brian was a Major in the United States Army.

Suzanne Murdoch, Consultant Manager, oversees IMPACT Group’s Career/Family Consultants who work with the displaced employees or the relocating families. Suzanne formerly worked as a Career Consultant in IMPACT’s DoD division and as a Career/Family Consultant for the parent company. She is a military spouse, former military officer, and brings a broad background to IMPACT Group, spanning the human resources and management fields.

Christine Buckley, International Consultant Manager, is responsible for IMPACT Group’s consultants in seven local operations around the world. Christine joined IMPACT Group in 1999 as an International Career/Family Consultant and was promoted to International Team Leader in 2002. Christine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
