Triple Decker Plug-In Terminal Blocks Rise to the Occasion
Camden Electronics' 5.08mm pitch terminal blocks now come in triple decker versions that enable higher density connections than standard single terminal blocks.
(PRWEB) July 2, 2006 -- Camden Electronics' 5.08mm pitch terminal blocks now come in triple decker versions that enable higher density connections than standard single terminal blocks.
The new CTBTDVJ series provides 6 and 9 pole connections in the same width as standard 2 or 3 pole terminal blocks and are ideal for use in electrical and lighting applications. The triple interlocking mechanism provides increased strength and the new connectors are moulded in green UL94 V0 flame retardant PA68.
Professional rising clamp terminals and guided pin alignment ensure secure connection while rear interlocks enable right to left or left to right element orientation. Rising clamps are nickel plated brass while pins/terminals are 5 tinned nickel plated brass. Cable entry is 2.5mm².
IMQ and VDE approved with UL approval pending, the new triple decker PCB connectors are rated at 24A/450V with dielectric strength of 2500V for 60s. Insulation resistance is 5M and working temperature range is from -20 to +100 deg C.
CTBTDVJ triple decker terminal blocks can also be supplied as double deck with lower and middle or middle and upper elements only.
