Synergy 2002 R.E.I. INC., Set to Host Their Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament on July 17, 2006
Synergy 2002 R.E.I. Inc., brings together celebrities, athletes and businesses at their annual celebrity golf tournament benefiting Los Angeles-based charity GBC - Giving Back Corporation.
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 4, 2006 -- On Monday, July 17, 2006, Synergy 2002 R.E.I. will play host to the Synergy 2002 R.E.I. Celebrity Golf Tournament to be held at Mountain Gate Country Club located at 12445 MountainGate Drive in Los Angeles, CA. Registration will begin at 9:30am with continental breakfast served during and before the 11:00am Shotgun start.
The purpose of the tournament is to raise funds for the Los Angeles-based GBC-Giving Back Corporation, a 501©3 organization, whose mission is to help, support, motivate and provide guidance to inner city youth. GBC has several programs, which includes activities through summer camps with local organizations such as the YMCA, YWCA and the Boys and Girls Club. Through their various awards program, students are offered numerous scholarships including Books & Supplies Award, Tutoring Award, Community Service Award, Teacher’s Classroom Award and Camp Scholarship Award.
The tournament’s host, Synergy 2002 R.E.I. is a real estate investment group, which has properties in Arizona, California and Texas. Their retail franchising division includes several Wing Stop and Quiznos restaurants. “We are excited to be involved with GBC to help raise funds for the organization,” explains Gamal Hasan, VP and General Manager for Synergy 2002 R.E.I. Dale Johnson, President and CEO for Synergy 2002 R.E.I. states, “GBC was our first choice in regards to an organization to have an affiliation with because of the same values and goals geared toward giving back to the community.”

Registered participants will have a chance to play alongside celebrities and athletes to win great prizes including a BMW, all-expense paid trips for two and cash prizes up to $50,000.
