The winners were chosen based on outstanding quality improvement as contracted suppliers. The vendors that received this award scored 80% or above on specific scorecard metrics for four successive quarters. Criteria included meeting or exceeding the needs and expectations of Premier members, delivering quality products on time and at contracted cost, as well as following all Premier contract rules and obligations.
Rauland-Borg is the only contracted nurse call communications vendor to receive the Supplier Performance Award from Premier, Inc. Out of 400 vendors, 67 were chosen for the award, placing Rauland-Borg in the top 17% of Premier’s contracted suppliers.
