Retailers & Restaurants To Open at Nigro Development's 'The Place at Seven Hills' in Henderson, Nevada

Remedy’s, a 5,500-square-foot neighborhood tavern and restaurant, is currently under construction at 3245 St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, Nev.

Remedy’s and a $15 million, four-story, 130-room Hampton Inn & Suites are both scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year at Nigro Development’s “The Place at Seven Hills,” said Todd Nigro, president of Nigro Development.

Nigro Construction is handling the build-out for the Hampton Inn & Suites, the $3.6 million Remedy’s and 17,000 square feet of adjacent retail space. “Remedy's will be a local bar offering gaming, food and spirits,” Nigro said. “Amenities include a separate dining area, elevated billiard lounge and interactive games.”

The Place at Seven Hills is at the entrance to the Seven Hills master-planned community and adjacent to the St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena Campus.

Nigro said his company is fielding strong interest from additional retailers looking to open in the retail village at The Place at Seven Hills. Venues currently under construction at the eight-acre, $25 million master-planned mixed use project include a 1,700-square-foot Starbucks and a 1,360-square-foot Subway.

“With so much growth in the area, the Eastern corridor is very bottle-necked and land is at a premium here,” said Nigro. “We are designing The Place at Seven Hills as a boutique neighborhood shopping village with all of the services and amenities one would expect. Over 90,000 cars traverse the area daily and we saw a need for a small, mixed-use project with a hotel, dining and a strong retail component. We are finalizing contracts with several retailers who will offer goods and services. With a location less than a quarter mile from the St. Rose Hospital’s Siena Campus, the area draws from both nearby residents and those working in the area.”

Nigro Development owns several office parks and shopping centers in Southern Nevada. The Place at Seven Hills is the company’s second recent project with a lodging component. The company maintains an interest in Siena Suites, an extended stay hotel property on Boulder Highway, which is now in the second phase of construction and will have 600 rooms.
