To help lead its quickly expanding sales force, RealtyTracker has appointed Tom McErlane Vice President of Sales. Mr. McErlane was brought to RealtyTracker to replicate the success he has had expanding other sale organizations in the Real Estate vertical. Most recently, Mr. McErlane was VP of Sales at LoanWeb.com where he was responsible for 26 million in annual Lead Sales to Mortgage Brokers. Mr. McErlane managed both LoanWeb’s Major Accounts & Telemarketing Operation. His team brought LoanWeb’s largest clients including Quicken Loans, Household Finance, Ameriquest, E-Loan, and Home Loan Center.

Prior to LoanWeb, Mr. McErlane was Director of Sales at Homestore, Inc where he managed the REALTOR.com vertical working with both Brokers and Individual Agents. Mr. McErlane managed the hiring and training of over 200 account executives responsible for 36 Million in Annual Sales.
