National Arbitration Forum Launches Redesigned Website

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (PRWEB) July 6, 2006 —

The National Arbitration Forum recently unveiled its redesigned website, http://www.adrforum.com, featuring a new look and feel, more visitor-friendly navigation and greater search capabilities which allow visitors access to the most relevant information that fits their individual needs. The redesigned National Arbitration Forum website aims to help reduce the time visitors spend looking for information as well as aims to educate visitors about the benefits and advantages of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and the company’s spectrum of services.

“Our website is our main portal to communicate with our users and all other visitors interested in learning about arbitration and mediation,” said Curtis Brown, vice president of the National Arbitration Forum. “The new site design and navigation will make things easier and will help people better understand who we are and our brand of alternative dispute resolution.”

•     A new “Online Tools” section was added to allow users faster and simpler access to commonly-performed website actions and frequently visited pages,
•     New sections on the homepage including “Our Neutrals,” which highlights some of our experienced panelists, “Perspectives on ADR,” which highlights judicial, legal and consumer opinions about ADR and “Today in ADR,” which provides visitors a daily update on the most relevant case or legislative action of the day,
•     An expanded FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to help visitors better understand our services,
•     A new search function allows visitors to use keywords to better find pages and information,
•     A searchable database of ADR case law and a complimentary subscription to weekly ADR case law and legislative updates,
•     RSS Feeds that allow visitors to receive the National Arbitration Forum’s News Releases and ADR News real-time,
•     An expanded online newsroom for members of the media to better find information to prepare their stories.

The redesigned National Arbitration Forum site represents the first phase of redesign activity, and the National Arbitration Forum will continue to improve the structure, presentation and content of the resources and materials available as a continual effort to offer the latest and most relevant information about alternative dispute resolution.
