The Hill Country Retreat, slated to open this summer, is a $45 million project that will provide nearly 2,000 homes to people 55 and older. The community sits on the footsteps of the Texas Hill Country at the west end of a 2.5 -mile extension of San Antonio’s Highway 151.

David G. Schreiner, Vice President of Active Adult Business Development for Pulte Homes says the next phase for Boomers turning 60 is less about 'retirement' than 'what's next?' and that the Pulte strategy is to continue to deliver high-quality, vibrant communities that these Boomers and other active adults expect from Del Webb.

“We are delighted to expand our current relationship with Pulte into their new Del Webb community here in the San Antonio market” said Maribel Perez, branch manager, RealManage, in San Antonio. “Our strategy of delivering a premier level of community management services involves our ‘best people, best practices, and best technology’ approach and we enjoy working with Pulte because both of our organizations share a passion for creating communities that the residents love to call home.”
