The web site covers every state, county, and city in the continental United States. Designed for the professional real estate agent to showcase their listings as well as themselves and their services and to be very consumer friendly for the user. No registration is required to view the highly detailed listings.
With the NAR reporting that greater than 70% of home buyers turning to the Internet to begin their search, agents must scramble to secure their place on the Internet. While agents have a company web site and most have a personal web site as well as the traditional local MLS system, consumers must search for these sites individually to sort it all out and find what their looking for.
NReal.com can tie all these individual resources together by allowing the consumer to easily navigate to the city or town they are interested in and view the listings of the local agents there. The consumer can then visit the local agents NReal.com web page or personal/company web site from the listing to find further local information for the area they are interested in.
NReal.com policy is to charge no referral fees to the agent, these listings belong to the agents and they should be the ones to leverage these listings for referrals.
NReal.com does not capture leads and resell them back to the agent or other brokers/agents. Every consumer contact point for additional information, CMA request or to request help in locating a particular property goes directly to that agent from their listing or agent page. The agents network with each other, exchange referrals or other agent only private information by way of secure login to view other member agent’s information.
A non-branded web feed of the agent’s listings is also available to the agent that can be framed on their personal web site as an additional service. The agent saves time and effort by only having to enter a listing once to have it appear on NReal.com as well as their personal web site.
