Dr. Riley has over 20 years of experience in a range of diverse Medical Organizations including the Navy, Marine Corps, Public hospitals, 6 years of private practice, and being a full time professor at Baylor and two other universities, which gives him in-depth knowledge and insight into just about all types of medical organizations. He graduated from Harvard College, completed medical school in Missouri and studied neurophysiology at John Hopkins Hospital.

Riley Medical Consulting offers 3 main services for Medical organizations and practitioners.

a.    Consulting to help medical organizations define and fulfill their vision.

b.    Personal coaching for physicians and healthcare executives.

c.    Seminars in public speaking and professional presentations for physicians and healthcare executives.

According to Dr. Riley, “I am better equipped at solving problems and helping organizations work on systems than other consultants because of my background and 20 years of experience in the Medical industry. I personally understand and am well aware of the challenges of the Medical organization of these times of change.”

Dr. Riley is an inspirational as well as an entertaining speaker and gives talks on motivation, medical discussions of neurological subjects, military and aerospace medicine etc.

“Humor and having fun are critical for successful organizations, and they are integrated in everything we do in consulting,” adds Dr. Riley.
