Haynes served in various capacities at the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms during his 34 year tenure with the government. He is the former Director of the National Revenue Center at the Bureau. Haynes will be working with TransBorder on regulatory compliance with emphasis on labeling and trade practices in the market place.
