The expansion allows igxglobal to fuel an already rapidly expanding successful international services business

igxglobal, a leading information security integrator, announces their expansion internationally as an approved QSA as part of the Visa PCI Security Audit Procedures.

A QSA will be required to perform all PCI Data Security Assessments in strict compliance with the PCI Security Audit Procedures as outlined by Visa and the Payment Card Industry. As part of the submission of a Report of Findings (ROF), a certified QSA will maintain a standard set by Visa for certification and validate any compliance finding with an authorized officer of the program.

"The expansion allows igxglobal to fuel an already rapidly expanding successful international services business,” said Barry Johnson, igxglobal’s Director of Risk Mitigation. "The practice of identify theft and fraud extends throughout all international boundaries and requires a consistency in approach and a quality of service to effectively assist clients with meeting their security compliance requirements."

igxglobals’ expansion comes on the heels of officially opening a European operation in the United Kingdom this year. By leading with assessment services to help clients reduce risk and adhere to compliance set standards, igxglobal continues to lead the charge with the analyzing and designing safe, reliable and effective information security practices. By applying and successfully being recognized as an approved assessor, igxglobal continues to demonstrate their expertise, experience and focus within the information security market. A QSA commits to the highest levels of adherence to standards set to ensure integrity, confidentiality and privacy of merchants and clients data. Furthermore a QSA has to demonstrate a broad and strong understanding of systems and applications in a variety of disparate enterprise based computing environments.
