New LifePilot program builds children’s character and confidence, instills fundamental values, and teaches children to BEE all You can BEE

Peter H. Thomas is a well-known business visionary and motivational speaker who, through both seminars and published materials has helped thousands meet their potential. The LifePilot workshop he created—along with LifeManual, the book—is quickly becoming known for offering one of the most effective self-help programs available.

LifePilot’s LifeManual has broad appeal in the expanding market for programs that help everyone from executives to educators set goals, order priorities, and take action—but there’s a large distance among the Stephen Covey set and elementary school kids.

LifePilot is bridging the gap with a program designed especially for children. Jennifer Carroll has applied the LifeManual concepts to a book and “BootCamp” with great appeal to elementary school kids’ goals and aspirations.

Bigsbee,, is the name of a bumblebee that appears in Carroll’s Bigsbee’s Unbee-lievable Journey to Fly. Bigsbee inhabits a fictional universe where bumblebees are unable to fly—a fact Bigsbee is determined to change.

Along the way, Bigsbee encounters and overcomes numerous obstacles, including set expectations and conventions, self-image problems, and a natural clumsiness. His willpower and adherence to goal-oriented, value-based living carries the day—with his “unbee-lievable” journey ending in triumphant flight.

Carroll brings the same inspirational message to her dynamic Bigsbee’s BootCamp workshops. Says Carroll, “I have discovered my voice through a bumblebee named Bigsbee, and together we hope to inspire children arounf the world to bee-gin with a dream, bee-lieve in themselves so that they can bee-come all they can bee and discover their own brilliance.”

About LifeManual

LifePilot’s LifeManual program,, which has been recognized by the Arizona State University for continuing education units, is a systematic process of activities, mental exercises, and reflection that leads to self discovery – an epiphany i.e., an instant wake-up call. The 5-step journey of mentorship and guidance will uncover one's core values and show how to align these values with daily decisions and goals to attain positive change and ultimately to reach one's highest, personal potential.
