Fair Wind Sailing School announces the opening of its Panama City, Florida sailing base.

In Florida, Fair Wind Sailing School will offer its Instant Bareboater sailing lesson. This class teaches ASA 101, 103 and 104 in a week-long, live-aboard setting and is perfect sailing instruction for those preparing to bareboat charter or buy a boat. Fair Wind will also teach its Instant Cruiser course -- a weekend, live-aboard class covering the material in ASA 101 and 103, as well as classes in Coastal Navigation and Advanced Sailing.
