NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. (RealEstateArts.com) Leads Chicago Skyscraper Branding and Leasing Campaign
NYC-based Real Estate Arts, Inc. leads branding campaign for Hines’ Development, 300 North LaSalle.
New York, NY (PRWEB) July 19, 2006 -- 300 North LaSalle is the brilliant future of Chicago’s skyline -- a landmark design in a landmark location. The 60-story, 1.3 million square foot office building is a Hines development anchored by Kirkland & Ellis, an international law firm. The project is currently under construction and will be completed in March 2009.
Real Estate Arts was hired by Hines to brand and market Chicago’s most exciting development project. Elegant and timeless, the building’s soaring stainless steel and glass façade will begin above the waters of the Chicago River and touch the sky as the 10th tallest building in the city. REA designed a logo that plays off of the tower’s relationship with air and water, meshing its architectural elements and environmental sensibilities.
Destined to reshape and redefine Chicago’s business landscape, 300 North LaSalle is an unprecedented project. REA worked closely with Hines to develop a high-profile brand and unique collateral, including a brochure, website, marketing center with interactive kiosk and signage to announce Chicago’s next great skyscraper to the country.
“300 North LaSalle will be an amazing addition to the Chicago skyline, and the marketing materials have been designed to reflect the elegant architecture as well as its environmentally sensitive design,” commented Elizabeth Powers, REA’s V.P. of business development for Chicago.
Innovative and pioneering, 300 North LaSalle is designed to be LEED Gold certified and will offer the full-spectrum of amenities in the lively River North neighborhood. It will feature a riverfront terrace, white tablecloth restaurant, and highly efficient 25,000 square foot floor plates.
