The purchase will expand the Company’s product line and broaden its Western United States customer base. Nakrita Silk started in 1999 as a Los Angeles based importer, wholesaler and retailer of Thai Silk fabric and decorative pillow covers. It successfully added pashmina shawls, wraps, and scarves in 2002. Their products were very popular bridesmaid gifts along the West Coast. Cashmere blankets were included in their product mix in 2004.
