Dr. Barrow seeks to shed light on a phenomenon that is occurring in workplaces. Too many employees have been poisoned by the negative attitudes and behaviors of leaders in organizations. Dr. Barrow is the founder of the Center For Philanthropian Leadership. She holds a doctorate in management from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Barrow has 20 years of managerial experience in various manufacturing organizations, including the automotive industry. She currently teaches management and leadership courses at the university level.
