A survey of ACT! Software Users reveals their greatest challenges, and Business Coach and ACT! Specialist Travis Campbell Offers Answers with online ACT Software Training.

Berean Consulting, Inc. a leading provider of business and technology coaching with specialization in the ACT! by Sage contact and customer management software system, today announced their latest training teleseminar. “ACT! users Most Common Questions Answered” is designed to help users get a leg up by giving the best answers to users greatest challenges.

“The only way we thought we could give the most relevant training was to ask users what their greatest challenges are with the software,” said Travis Campbell founder of Berean Consulting, Inc. According to Campbell, a global web-based survey was held asking users to share their single biggest question about the software. The results were tabulated and a curriculum was created with users hot-buttons in mind. Members merely need a telephone and a high-speed Internet connection to join the live seminar.

“We observe entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, and small businesses in general, finding it more difficult to leave the office for training during business hours,” said Campbell “We’re making training available online, so that people can learn without leaving their office. If they are unable to make the call, a LIVE-REPLAY Podcast page is available for listening and downloading as often as they like after the call.”

Berean Consulting, Inc. creates video tutorials of the ACT! contact management software as well as other supplemental materials for its members as a part of the training. Campbell attributes much of the interest from those who have signed up for regular tips at http://www.FreeACTtips.com, “The feedback has been very positive on these quick tips, but it became clear that people wanted more, the web-based survey supported that.” Campbell also manages http://www.ACTblogger.com where he interacts with ACT! users as well. Answers start on July 25, 2006, there are limited number of teleseats available. Find out details and availability at http://www.ACTasap.net/teleseminar/ask
