The integration of its StaffSuite software to Marquee’s Web site through VCG's StaffSuite WorldLink gives Marquee Staffing a number of critically-important benefits that improve candidate recruiting, including reducing the time to qualify a candidate.
“One hundred percent of our applicants now apply through StaffSuite WorldLink. The Internet has become the method of choice as more professionals seek positions. Because of this, they don’t have to spend hours in our offices going through the qualification process,” said Jackie Harms, Director of Operations for Marquee Staffing.
“We use a detailed qualification process to help ensure that we get a great fit between candidates and job positions. Before StaffSuite WorldLink, the typical amount of time it took for a recruiter to qualify a candidate was two hours. Now, candidates register and apply online, where we get nearly all of the necessary data to determine their qualifications,” said Harms. “If qualified for the position posted, they come in for an interview that lasts about 30 minutes, reducing the time to qualify a candidate by 75 percent.”
With StaffSuite, front-line recruiters do a better job of qualifying candidates and spend more time on revenue generation. Adoption by Marquee’s staff has been quick and enthusiastic.
“StaffSuite is far easier to train our staff on because of its intuitive format. The functionality is consistent and it’s more fast-paced -- our staff is now much more productive and efficient,” said Harms.

Harms adds, “VCG’s support staff is very patient and the ability for us to submit a trouble ticket online is a very useful and easy process for us.”
