Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 25, 2006
Inspherion Corporation, a Metroplex-based high-technology company founded in 2002 (http://www.Inspherion.net) has established a high-profile Business and Scientific Advisory Board to help guide the company through its next growth phase. The company is a leader in technology that enables mobile software applications to orchestrate structured data communication and collaboration within enterprises. These applications empower both small and large enterprises to achieve significant productivity gains by automating and integrating core business processes for mobile operations. Inspherion’s primary markets include Healthcare, Transportation, Logistics, Insurance, Financial, Education, and Emergency Response.
The Inspherion Business and Scientific Advisory Board will provide the Inspherion management team with business strategy and ongoing advice on a broad range of complex issues including company and product positioning, capitalization, sales, marketing, corporate partnerships and target markets.
The Advisory Board is being chaired by Dr. Da Hsuan Feng, Vice President for Research and Economic Development and Professor of Physics at the University of Texas at Dallas. Feng highlighted the reasons for UT Dallas supporting Inspherion in establishing its advisory board. He said, "As a 21st century research university with aspirations of becoming world-class, UT Dallas must not only be an intellectual engine, but it also must be an economic engine. The latter role takes on many dimensions, but proactively building the credibility of small but highly innovative companies in the local Dallas business community, such as Inspherion, must be one of them."
Dr. Russell Hulse, a fellow Advisory Board member and 1993 Nobel Laureate in Physics, added: "One of the exciting things about UT Dallas is its commitment to interdisciplinary research and to enhancing its role as a strong contributor to the greater community in which it resides. I am happy to have this new opportunity to help further these goals."
“We at Inspherion Corporation are excited to partner with Dr. Feng and UT Dallas in building the Inspherion Business and Scientific Advisory Board,” said Ramesh Balan, Founder and CEO of Inspherion Corporation. “Inspherion is honored to be one of the first collaborators with UT Dallas in their innovative “outside-in” model, where synergies between outside corporations and the University are actively sought and extended. Having such a powerful Advisory Board is undoubtedly a critical and fundamental step for our company.”
