Calling Volunteers to the Benicia Vallejo Humane Society

“At the Humane Society there is something for everyone to do towards making a difference for our Animals.” We need your help to continue the momentum. The excitement is brewing and teaming up has begun to make a difference for the animals.

We need your help to continue the momentum. The excitement is brewing and teaming up has begun to make a difference for the Animals.

Some areas that may be of interest are:
Adoption Counselor, Fund Raising Committee, Special Events, Dog Walker, Poop Patrol, Community Outreach, Dog Trainer, Phone Team, Off-site Adoptions, Office/Thrift Store Assistant, Animal Groomer, Newsletter Team, Grant Writer.

What are your talents? If your area of interest is not mentioned, don’t let that stop you. Visit the Humane Society at 1121 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo to fill out a Volunteer Interest Form. Look for us at the Wednesday Night Celebrations in downtown Vallejo. Talk with you soon 707.645.7910 ext 104. Volunteer Orientations Tuesday, Night at 6:00p.m. July 25, August 1, August 8, August 15, August 22, & August 29.

Until then you can set in motion making a difference with your canine and feline family members. By having these family members spayed or neutered, this will help avoid unexpected pregnancies and more homeless Animals. In addition, a Micro Chip will aid in the return of your cuddly bundle(s) back to you if he/she is lost. However, do not stop there. Encourage your relatives, neighbors and co-workers to do the same.
