Another example is an organization that wants to take advantage of electronic signature capture functionality within A.MAZE Mobile to help minimize customer billing disputes and speed payment. The mobile field service application can be integrated with the company’s accounting system via A.MAZE Foundation so that signatures captured in the field can be kept on file and associated with a specific order and delivery quantity. This process can also trigger automatic customer invoicing.
