2006 Big East Conference Football is Previewed at MadduxSports.com

Big East Conference in Flux but Still Features Some Top Teams in the Country.

Chicago, IL (PRWEB) July 26, 2006 -- MadduxSports.com has gone online with its Big East football preview. It’s the latest of six NCAA conference profiles at Maddux Sports focusing on the 2006 season. Each of the eight Big East teams is analyzed in terms of their status in the conference and the nation. Included is last season’s record and this season’s schedule, a look at key players and a consideration of important stats and key contests.

“This is a conference with some national powers,” notes Selvaggio the President of Maddux Sports, “some ascending teams and some programs that were formerly in the national spotlight. There’s quite a bit of flux in the Big East, making it fairly unpredictable. Our analysis helps take the guess work out of selecting winning clubs in the Big East.”

West Virginia and Louisville are top national contenders, while Rutgers is an up-and-coming program. In the preview, readers can expect to find out why the West Virginia Mountaineers may be national champs and exactly what teams may get in their way as they try to capture the NCAA’s top crown. And what about the Pittsburgh Panthers? They finished third in the conference last year. Will they repeat that performance in 2006?

Selvaggio observes that “it’s difficult to assess a team like West Virginia or Louisville because they’re in a relatively weak conference. Our analysis takes into account each team’s strengths and weaknesses with an eye towards the post-season.”

Along with the Big East preview, MadduxSports.com features free articles on wagering, up-to-the-minute odds from and links to all major sportsbooks, and connections to each Big East club’s web site. Other conferences previewed include the PAC-10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC and ACC. Free daily picks are also available through the site.

In addition to these free features, Maddux Sports provides premium handicapping services for bettors looking to get the most out of their wagers. In the last four years those subscribing to the college and NFL Full Season Picks Package have made on average per season from $5,670 (for $100/unit players) to $28,350 (for $500/unit players). The full season football package includes all regular season college and pro football picks, all college bowl and NFL playoff picks and all NFL pre-season picks. Along with full season football picks, people can buy expert picks daily, weekly and monthly.

“Our premium full season picks offer great value,” Selvaggio says, “allowing subscribers access to some of the finest college football handicappers in the business. If you’re serious about winning at sports betting, it’s the way to go.”
