A New Website Aimed at Helping Employers Find the Right Job Candidates

A new website has been launched by the KMScreative Group, guaranteed to help both employers and employees to find each other. This website is design to help those searching for employment and for employers to find the right candidates for their jobs. "We help employers by prescreening applicants of their choice prior to their interviews to ensure that the correct applicant with credible background is applying for the job," says Kevin, Manager of the KMScreative Group, parent company to Group Clique.

Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) July 26, 2006 -- A new website has been launched by the KMScreative Group, guaranteed to help both employers and employees to find each other. This website is designed to help those searching for employment and for employers to find the right candidates for their jobs. "We help employers by prescreening applicants of their choice prior to their interviews to ensure that the correct applicant with credible background is applying for the job," says Kevin.

Employers the world over have one special need that is rarely addressed: finding the right candidate to fill open positions. Most employers spend hundreds and thousands of dollars looking to post employment opportunities to prospective job seekers. Some post their positions on websites and newspapers that charge little to nothing for the posting, only to get less qualified candidates. Some spend hundreds of dollars to post positions and get qualified candidates only after investing a huge amount of time sifting through the barrage of resumes and employment services groups. Time is money, and if investing time in finding the right candidate is an investment worth making, then finding the right job posting site is equally important.

Visit: Group Clique

This site is dedicated to helping the employers who are posting jobs find the right candidate. Potential candidates are pre-interviewed by the staff of Group Clique first. They are asked about their job history and schooling. All of this information is then verified prior to their resume being submitted to the employer. This is not done on every posting to the site. This is only for those employers who request the service.

When employers post jobs they have the option to let the posting remain for 30 to 90 days until the position is filled. Unlike most job posting websites, Group Clique works with the employer(s) to resolve issues of finding the right candidate. The staff of Group Clique, and its parent company KMScreative help the employer(s) to find the right key words to use when posting a job and help with reviewing resumes of potential candidates.

As with most job posting sites, Group Clique always remains neutral during the hiring process, and does discriminate. "Our position is to help the right candidates find the employment they are looking for,” says Kevin. “Since the new site has rolled out, we have had about 15 resumes posted per day for the initial positions we have posted. We are already seeking ways to improve our site for future growth."

The charge for an employer to post a job on this site is very competitive. There are package accounts that employers can buy on an annual basis, a month to month services starting at $50. The goal of Group Clique, is to offer the best service possible at the most economical price.
