Tropi-Ties Swimwear to Show its 2007 Swimwear Line at ASR, San Diego
Tropi-Ties Swimwear will be showing its newest swimwear line for 2007 at the upcoming, ASR show in San Diego, September 8th-10th, 2006.
Santa Barbara, CA (PRWEB) July 26, 2006 -- Cindy Alpers, designer for Tropi-Ties Swimwear has just unveiled her 2007 swimwear line. The collection was met with lots of positive reviews at the recent Swim Show 2007 in Miami and will be shown again at the upcoming, ASR (Action Sports Retailer) show, September 8-10th, in San Diego, CA.
The Tropi-Ties look this year is full of unique, hand-printed, vintage looks with an alternative, edgy, look and lots of humor and nostalgia. There are some retro 60's designs and hippy inspirations, some Asian/Art Deco inspired looks, as well as some, "great-grandma," prints from earlier eras. The bodies range from simple string bikinis, to flap and ruched bottoms, to cut-out one piece swimsuits. Both, sets and separates, will be offered.
“We really stood out at the Miami show. There just wasn't anyone else doing what we are doing. The hand-printing has a special quality to it that really stands out and many of the trims are actually old, vintage, findings. It's a very unique look. We were thrilled to have members of the press stop by and pick out swimsuits for their upcoming magazines. Tropi-Ties will be showing its newest line throughout the west coast, as well as other, upcoming, trade shows, such as the ASR and possibly some of the smaller shows in CA.
