A graduate of the University of South Florida Medical School, he completed his residency in general surgery at Louisiana State University Medical Center / Charity Hospital in New Orleans; his fellowship in plastic surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York; and a fellowship in micro vascular surgery at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
After a decade, Dr. Deutsch, board certified in cosmetic plastic and reconstructive surgery, decided to branch out on his own to serve the growing plastic surgery needs of Atlantans.
