Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp. announced the appointment of two strong, leaders who will continue to grow Spectrum. Sybll Romley has been appointed to CEO and president, and Matt Keitlen has been promoted to executive vice president and COO of Spectrum. Their new roles will be effective Sept. 1, 2006.
For over two decades, Romley and Keitlen have been instrumental in the growth and prosperity of Spectrum.

Romley has served on the board of directors at Spectrum since its founding. Having contributed to all areas of the business, her leadership skills and vision of the future have helped drive the growth of the company. Her active role in all areas of system planning and evaluation has provided her with a strong ability to forecast future needs in the HR technology sector.
Keitlen has been actively involved with Spectrum since 1992. As a key contributor to the organization, Matt has provided leadership and direction to the service, support and development groups. His long-term involvement in HR systems has allowed him to deliver the quality products and services that HR professionals need to do their job effectively.

He holds an MBA from California Polytechnic Institute and two Bachelor of Science degrees, Computer Science and Marketing from The Ohio State University. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
