Topics Education Adds New Talent to Dynamic Team
Pineno Brings Project Consulting Background to Education Outreach Firm
Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) July 27, 2006 -- Topics Education, a company that designs strategies and programs that help organizations achieve education impact, has announced the addition of Denise Campbell Pineno as a Project Manager. In this position, Denise will handle project workflow, content development and delivery.
Denise comes to Topics Education with nine years of teaching experience in several different roles at Henrico County Schools, as well as software experience from Chancery Software and NouvEON Technology Partners. Denise has spent the last four years with NouvEON, where she participated in the planning, execution and control processes of migrating Meineke’s mainframe system to a web application. With a Masters of Teaching in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Virgina and being a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Pineno will be an important asset to the Topics Education team, responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. She will also be in charge of monitoring the budget and expenditures for each project, as well as garnering client loyalty and clearly communicating project logistics to all team members.

Denise earned a Bachelor of Arts from UVA in 1992, and completed a Master of Teaching from UVA that same year. With a strong teaching background and software technology expertise, Denise is very skilled at campaign rollout and maintaining project budgets. She is a member of the Metrolina Chapter of the Project Management Institute and has held several roles within the chapter, including Vice President of Student Development and Associate Vice President of Student Development. In her free time Denise enjoys volunteering with organizations such as the YWCA and the University of Virginia Charlotte Alumni Chapter, as well as playing golf and volleyball.
