Karen Carter, Director of Operational Excellence at MicroPump Inc., has teamed with Evan Miller, President of Hertzler Systems to author a new article on iSixSigma.com. The article outlines eight critical to quality requirements for building a data system to drive Six Sigma projects, and reviews four options for deploying such a system.
