Mr. Machi has more than 20 years of experience in computer software and networking businesses. He is currently an independent consultant specializing in business development projects for computer software companies. Recent experience includes: Chairman of the Board, Apptimum, Inc, where he guided the company from a pure retail software business to an enterprise player in application management software and eventual acquisition by Microsoft, Inc., Vice President of e-Business Alliances at Documentum, Inc. (now EMC Software), responsible for partnership programs including Technology, OEM, Developers, and ASPire Programs. These programs were designed to establish alternate channels for Documentum's software technology as the content management platform of choice for e-business applications.

In addition, Mr. Machi has a successful track record in executive management positions including President and CEO of e-motion, Inc., a start-up pioneer in the development of technology for transporting, cataloguing, and collaborating with digital video and images.. Gerry spent six years at Novell, Inc. as Vice President and General Manager of Novell's Enterprise Division, managing explosive software business growth to $250M.

Impact Systems, Inc. is focused on providing streamlined migration services, delivering and supporting content management and workflow solutions to global enterprises, particularly the life science, chemical and financial industries.
