‘The Horndribbles’ Sneak Previewed at COMIC-CON: SMS Announces Retail Release of Soft Sculpture Toys in Fall ‘06

Starving Magpie Studios, LLC unveiled the Horndribbles, a new line of soft-scupltured designer toys to a national audience at the 2006 COMIC-CON in San Diego.

Santa Monica, CA (PRWEB) July 30, 2006 -- Starving Magpie Studios, LLC, creators of the ‘Horndribbles’ line of Sculptured Plush toys, debuted their forward-looking designs to the attendees of COMIC CON today in San Diego. The limited-edition figures, designed by cartoonist Lucas Richards, have been hugely popular on the art gallery circuit over the past year. The exhibition at COMIC CON, the national comic book and design convention, gives the industry a first glimpse at the newest evolution in designer art toys.

The ‘Horndribbles’ Sculptured Plush, which “flew of the shelves” at gallery prices ranging from $80-300, will soon enjoy wider availability with twelve selected models now in limited production. The first line of Horndribbles reaches retail outlets nationwide the latter part of 2006, says Drexel.
