Matria Healthcare Deploys i-enroller for Their 2006 Open Enrollment and Saves Thousands of Dollars

The capacity of the i-enroller system provided a resource for a large employer group enabling them to save precious time and money in set-up costs to administer both an electronic and paper-based Open Enrollment tool.

After reviewing their 2006 Open Enrollment needs and budget, Matria Healthcare selected i-enroller as the enrollment system of choice for their 2,500 employees nationwide. By utilizing i-enroller, Matria was able to save precious time and thousands of dollars in set-up costs to administer their combination electronic and paper-based process. In addition, the capacity of i-enroller provided a resource for hosting benefit plan materials which were linked from the actual enrollment form, making them easily accessible to employees. As a result, of their 1,100 benefit eligible employees over 1,000 employees utilized the online version of i-enroller, while the remaining 100 employees in their manufacturing facility used the i-enroller integrated paper forms. Those paper forms were simply entered into the system giving Matria 100% electronic enrollment data. The data was then uploaded into Matria's HRIS system and ultimately fed to their carriers through the existing data feeds.
