Ivesia Solutions Achieves SEI CMMI Maturity Level 5 Rating and ISO 9001:2000
Along with the CMMI Level 5 rating, Ivesia’s offshore development center has been certified for ISO 9001:2000 by QCERT (Certification body authorized to issue ISO 9001:2000 certification).
(PRWEB) July 31, 2006 -- Ivesia Solutions Inc., Salem, New Hampshire today announced that they have earned Carnegie Mellon University -- Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI -- Staged Representation) Maturity Level 5 rating for Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Integrated Product and Process Development and Supplier Sourcing.
Ivesia Solutions received this rating after a rigorous appraisal conducted by Quality Point -- an SEI authorized lead appraiser. Mrs. Geetha Parthasarathy, who led the appraisal team, evaluated software engineering, development, management and delivery processes followed by Ivesia across its development centers in India and in the USA. The appraisal was performed using SCAMPI method (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement).
Along with the CMMI Level 5 rating, Ivesia’s offshore development center has been certified for ISO 9001:2000 by QCERT (Certification body authorized to issue ISO 9001:2000 certification).
