Launch of Website to Help Find Handicap Accessible Housing
Connect Computing launches site to help find accessible housing and to promote technology.
(PRWEB) July 31, 2006 -- Handicap-homes.com has been launched to help people sell and buy houses and rent apartments online. This service will be free for Agents and Users.
http://www.handicap-homes.com allows agents to join and post classified ads of properties available by region. They also offer custom file imports so agents can submit a csv or text file to post to the site.
The site also offers a news blog and discussion forums available for people to participate. With advertising support from similar markets (such as companies that sell accessories or insurance), Handicap-homes.com should take only a short while to becoming a valuable asset on the web.
Handicap-homes and Connect Computing will not act as intermediary or broker and not take any commissions from transactions. Owners and Agents can leave either phone number, email or both and be directly contacted by people looking for homes.
"From my experience, there is a need for this type of site. My father has been disabled and in a wheel chair for years. Connect Computing (http://www.connectcomputing.com) has the technology to implement this type of a site a very little cost so I hope that people will join, help out and make it a success," stated Roy Hoobler, president of Connect Computing.
Connect Computing has done pro-bono work for other clients such as a local Unitedway and Big Dreams Foundation. This is the first time they have launched a site like this themselves. "Handicap-homes.com" is part of Connect Computing inc, a for-profit company and hopes only to recoup the cost of maintaining the site.
